Leverage effect of connected samples powered by mobile visual recognition

MyPack and Paco Rabanne collaborated together to design a connected samples experience for consumers in order to address a common obstacle for all fragrances and beauty brands: create a seamless buying process between the moments consumers test the sample and buy the product.

The connected samples campaign, implemented in several countries over 3 continents, consists in let consumers access eshop and further brand content by taking a simple picture of the sample. For this purpose, MyPack developed a bespoke Messenger bot for Paco Rabanne and integrated its visual recognition technology within it.

Paco Rabanne can get behavioural data analysis out of this international operation, measure the ROI of sample campaign worldwide and per market, and thus optimize the commercial efforts for the coming activation.
