COSMETIC VALLEY is organising the COSMETIC 360 trade show on 16 and 17 October 2024. This contract is between COSMETIC VALLEY and visitors to the COSMETIC 360 trade-show.
Application
The COSMETIC 360 trade-show website www.cosmetic-360.com offers visitors the chance to buy online tickets for the trade-show. Each ticket is valid for a single entry to physical (Carrousel du Louvre-PARIS) and digital (on-line plateform) trade-show. Customers buying tickets over the internet are understood to have fully and unreservedly accepted these general terms and conditions. These general terms and conditions can be consulted on the website.
Order terms and registration
Customers acknowledge that they have the legal capacity to enter into this contract and therefore to accept these general terms and conditions of sale. To place an order, customers must supply their identification details by completing the form provided. Before confirming an order, customers will see an order summary and can check and amend the order details where necessary. The order will only be fully registered once payment has been made over the internet via our bank. Internet payments will be made via a secure payment platform. The final "acceptance click" is considered to be equivalent to the handwritten signature provided for in Article 1341 of the French Civil Code. With effect from the "acceptance click", the order is deemed to be an irrevocable order and can only be amended in the limited circumstances described below. Customers will have every opportunity before this final confirmation to modify their order or correct any errors.
Order confirmation
Once the order placed has been registered, an email will be sent to the customer.
Access arrangements
Each ticket is valid for one person only. Each ticket provides access to the COSMETIC 360 trade-show on 16 and 17 October 2024, Carrousel du Louvre (PARIS) and to the digital platform before the event.
The customer alone is responsible for checking the dates and opening times of the trade-show by visiting www.cosmetic-360.com.
Prices
The prices stated on www.cosmetic-360.com are public ticket prices. The only payment method accepted under these general terms and conditions of sale is a credit card.
- 49 € excl. VAT for registrations up to the day before the show opens, VAT (10%): €4.9 Price incl. VAT: €53.9
- 70 € excluding VAT for registration on the 2 days of the show, VAT (10%): 7 € Price incl. VAT: 77 €.
No refunds will be made on the purchase of tickets for access to the exhibition, unless requested within the legal withdrawal period.
Personal data
The COSMETIC 360 trade-show reserves the right to collect user data, particularly through the use of forms. Data needs to be collected by COSMETIC 360 in order to take into consideration user requests. By entering their email address, users can receive an order confirmation. Under the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, users of this site have the right of access, modification and erasure of their personal data. This right can be exercised by contacting us at the following address contact@cosmetic-360.com.
Right of personal portrayal
By accepting these general terms and conditions, visitors expressly authorise the organiser COSMETIC VALLEY at no cost to the latter:
- To take photographs or footage in which they appear,
- To freely use the images obtained on any medium, including any promotional medium (including internet) in France and abroad, on all communication tools used for the event (internet, printed materials, promotional video or any other tool) in any form and in any format, present or future, known or unknown, intended for the promotion of the COSMETIC 360 event and, more generally, intended for any activity consistent with COSMETIC VALLEY's objects.
Visitors who do not want all or part of their image to appear may notify COSMETIC VALLEY in writing.
A 24-hour notice period will be required.
Any images taken and broadcast in the 24 hours following receipt of the notification confirming that the visitor does not wish to see his or her image broadcast will not be covered since COSMETIC VALLEY does not have the technical capacity to control information and images published on the internet.
